Ordering:
The design of a room is so important that you'll need to liaise with us about your requirements. Contact Us with your room specifications to ask for CAD pictures of your project.
Most clients come to us with their build timeline, so that delivery and installation can be planned in conjunction with other trades on-site.
Payment:
Depending on order size, we request 30% deposit to commence production, and the balance cleared before the goods leave the factory.
Timescale for orders:
Depends on the size of the order. Basic orders can be fulfilled and despatched in less than two weeks.
Installations:
Large orders - we can arrange installations.
Smaller orders - can be handled by your own fitters.
Small Print:
It' s not a perfect world, and occasionally suppliers have to discontinue or alter the items they supply. In the event of this happening we will always do our best to match the product, whilst keeping you informed.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be in writing, and we will acknowledge the request with a reply. Depending on how far along the manufacturing process is, a charge will be made accordingly. This may be more than the 30% deposit.
Payment can be made by cheque (which must be cleared before the goods can be released), money transfers, BACS, or though PayPal.
Paypal payments incur a 3.4% fee to cover the cost of the transaction (we make no mark up on this, it's their terms and conditions). We will e-mail you an invoice with a complete breakdown of your purchases. All transactions are secure.
