From the A38 (coming from 'up-country'):

Nearing Plymouth, take the "Deep Lane" turnoff (B 3416).

Turn right - signs should say "Newnham Industrial Estate".

Turn right, across the roundabout (still on the B 3416, "Sandy Road").

Turn left at the roundabout (B 3416 - "Glen Road"). You should be heading down a long wide road.

Turn right at the mini roundabout (still the B 3416 - "Glen Road"). Watch out for the speed camera towards the bottom of the hill (approx. opposite to the Tesco Mini-mart).

Turn right at the mini roundabout onto the B 3714 (Strode Road), and you'll go under a bridge.

Turn right at the last mini roundabout (still the B 3714).

Take the first turn-off on the right (Bell Close). Drive right to the end - you'll see signs for "BlueWater Estate" (formerly called the "Engineering Resource Centre"), and some flags.

Drive straight in (don't turn left). We're in unit six, which is on the left (about 100 yards).

Look for the large white numbers on red backgrounds, high on the buildings.

From 'Marsh Mills' Roundabout, Plymouth.

Take the B 3416 towards Plympton (Plymouth Road).

At the end of the road, turn left at the mini roundabout.

Straight away, there's another mini roundabout. Turn right (Glen Road).

Across the next roundabout.

Turn left the next roundabout, onto the B 3714 (Strode Road), you'll go under a bridge.

Turn right at the last roundabout (still the B 3714).
